SA: Man assaulted after confronting youths

An Adelaide man has been assaulted after confronting two youths allegedly breaking into cars.

Police say the man was left with a broken ankle after he approached the youths in the
southern suburb of Sheidow Park about 11.30pm (CST) last night.

A 17-year-old youth from South Brighton was later arrested and charged with assault
occasioning actual bodily harm and a number of property offences.

Police are still looking for a second offender.
