The Saratoga County Insurance Professionals will present speaker Ed Smitkin of the New York Central Mutual Insurance Company, who will discuss ``Personal Umbrella Coverage'' on Tuesday, April 20, at Longfellow's Restaurant in Saratoga Springs.

The meeting begins at 6:15 p.m. Cost is $21.
